The concept development Hub@Foresight began work today. The development aims to provided a space to meet, space to think for key knowledge exchange.
'The Hub' is an innovative inspiring environment for the Foresight Centre - University of Liverpool's clients to eat, work, relax and network, with full wireless facilities, internet access & up to the minute live news along with comfortable surroundings. The Hub Lounge - a dedicated meeting space will be an ideal area for holding informal small meetings, network groups and promotional events. With two new training rooms: Training Hub 1 & Training hub 2 and a dual screen HD Video Conferencing, support for all styles of meetings, both real and virtual will be readily of hand.
The facility will be a focal point of organisations to meet, network and gain easy access to the expertise and knowledge base at the University.
The design is not only cutting edge and professional but certain to rival the best of any training and meeting facilities on Merseyside. Many of the materials used in the development have been carefully chosen for their environmentally friendly credentials. Due to open fully in December 08.
