Four members of the Foresight Centre team have been nominated for a number of special awards for excellence in customer service.
The Academy of Excellence Awards recognises outstanding examples of customer care delivered by individuals working throughout the city of Liverpool and the greater Merseyside region.
Janet Wilson, Ian Roberts, Andrew McFall and Aurelie Detrez from the centre were nominated for these prestigious awards due to their contribution in providing a professional business service and ensuring that all clients receive outstanding levels of customer care.
Out of a large number of nominees from a wide range of industries, Ian Roberts has been shortlisted and will be competing against two other finalists to achieve an Academy of Excellence award.
Final judging will take place by the end of the of November. Each finalist will be required to attend an informal interview with an independent industry expert.

The winners will be announced at an award ceremony to be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Thursday 5th February 2009.
